FIRST-ORDER MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We believe in the quality of Half Hitch pretzels and want first-time customers to feel confident trying them.

If your first Half Hitch order doesn’t live up to the crunch, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll refund the product purchase price.

This guarantee is limited to one claim per customer or household. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Because Half Hitch is a food product, opened products do not need to be returned.
